Aarau, Switzerland – 2nd March 2020 - Swiss digital content management provider Picturepark® has announced the new features, upgrades, and changes that were covered in the February 2020 update to their Picturepark Content Platform. “This release of the Content Platform connects auto-tagging with our highly-capable Business Process Engine: giving users more granular control over where automation is and is not used. It also opens up a wide range of compelling less-typical uses such as using different keyword lists for different types of content (referred to as models) and even using custom models,” commented Product Manager Stefan Seidl.
The new release from Picturepark also introduced changes to advanced searching; specifically in areas that save users time, cutting out the need for them to carry out repetitive tasks. , and also enabling them to better share with their colleagues or external partners. Users that take advantage of the Content Platform advanced search can now bookmark their highly-targeted search criteria within their browser: returning to it on-demand whenever they want it, cutting out the need to re-enter parameters each time. Users can additionally send these links directly to others with access, such as colleagues, for them to be able to work in a more collaborative style.
Other changes include new improvements to the Excel Roundtripping App, making importation easier and paving the way for more straightforward use of large data exchange operations; ideal for ensuring well-structured data. Users who want to change their password, will now be able to do so within a more intuitively-designed settings option menu.
