Your Job
Manage the first level support for our digital content management software product and solutions.
Handle a wide range of support questions from our international customers.
Learn from our second level support experts and our Technical Solution Consultants, and become increasingly more independent as your knowledge increases.
Share your insights and collaborate closely with our Customer Success Managers.
Help test Picturepark solutions and new product releases based on customer configurations.
Based on your ambitions and skills: Become our scrum master, develop into a customer success manager, Technical Product Consultant or other roles over time.
Your Skills
Formation in ICT as an “ICT Helpdesk Mitarbeiter”, "ICT Supporter”, “Mediamatiker", “Informatiker", “ICT Systemadministrator” and similar; or equivalent experience in IT-related roles.
Basic experience in configuring a/o administrating IT Systems, preferably in Content Management.
Basic understanding of technologies such as Javascript, HTML/CSS and the REST API.
Able to read “between the lines” and prioritise support requests based on our decision frameworks.
Fast learner: can close knowledge gaps in a changing environment, supported by the team.
Team player with good communication skills.
Proficient in German and English (written and spoken).
