Your Job
Consult our international customer base on complex digital content management use cases.
Be the expert in configuring our cloud-based software, using the UI or API via Postman.
Plan and execute data migrations from other digital asset and content management systems.
Be the solution expert for our product and our growing ecosystem of apps and connectors.
Support the delivery of solutions together with our Customer Success Managers in the lead.
Share your expert knowledge internally and externally and contribute to educational initiatives.
Based on your ambitions and skills: Become our scrum master, customer success manager or develop into other roles over time.
Your Skills
Formation in ICT (e.g. as "Mediamatiker”, “Informatiker", “Wirtschaftsinformatiker”) or equivalent experience in IT-related roles such as digital project management, system administration or similar.
Experience in configuring a/o administrating Web-CMS, PIM, DAM or related systems.
Understanding of Javascript, HTML/CSS, REST API; and ideally some Regex, DotLiquid, and similar.
Skilled in working with Excel or Google sheets, and ideally other tools such as postman.
Passion for technology-driven solutions, data, solution engineering, API integrations, or similar.
Fast learner: can close knowledge gaps in a changing environment, supported by the team.
Team player but can work well self-contained.
Proficient in German and English (written and spoken).
