Your Job
Own the customer relationship lifecycle within a segment of our existing customers.
Manage customer projects and change requests together with Technical Solution Consultants, and external partners.
Ensure high customer satisfaction based on select KPI and together with Customer Support.
Identify needs and upsell potential in services product subscriptions.
Based on your ambitions and skills: Become a scrum master, become a more technical consultant, develop into business development or other roles over time.
Your Skills
Formation in ICT (e.g. as "Mediamatiker”, “Wirtschaftsinformatiker”, “Kaufmännische Lehre”) or experience in customer-facing functions in sales, account management, marketing, or similar.
Experience in configuring a/o administrating Web-CMS, PIM, DAM or related systems.
Passion for technology-driven and integrated solutions, data modelling and management.
Experienced in project management and managing multiple projects with many stakeholders.
Very strong communication and expectation management skills.
Skilled in working with Excel and project planning tools.
Fast learner: can close knowledge gaps in a changing environment, supported by the team.
Team player but can work well self-contained.
Proficient in German and English (written and spoken). Other languages are an asset.
