System Administration

    

The system administration function can be called via the administration menu:

  1. Users: Management of all the users in the system
  2. Group & rights: Management of user groups and their rights
  3. Rights templates: Management of templates for asset, category and derivative rights
  4. Asset mailings: Management of all sent mailings
  5. Orders: Management of all orders received
  6. Reviews: Management of all reviews
  7. Subscriptions: Management of all subscriptions
  8. File import: Import of new assets via FTP
  9. CSV import: Importing of metadata for selected assets and new users
  10. Duplicates: Finding of assets with the same properties
  11. Statistics: Global statisitcs on the usage of Picturepark
  12. Configuration: The definition of different options. For example who should receive notifications for registrations and orders.
  13. Desktop clients: Download of all available desktop applications
